Our team of dedicated, full-time staff members work together in helping thousands of children do better in school each year. Across the nation, students of all ages attend our learning centers to get back on track towards educational success. You can help children realize their educational potential by becoming on of our Managing Director.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Must have the compassion to help students do better at school.
- Must attend our extensive training programs.
- Be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate full-time and part-time staff members.
- Conduct follow-up parent conferences.
- Meet with school-teachers and other professionals.
- Work with students on initial evaluations and first day.
- Actively generate center revenue while developing staff.
- Microsoft office and general computer skills.
- Customer service and marketing.
All candidates must have the following:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Commitment to success.
- Patience and compassion for school-aged children.
- Ability to multitask.
- Flexibility.
- Professional demeanor.
- Evening and weekend availability.
Candidates with sales or management experience in the following fields are welcome:
- Education/Training.
